Directions: STEP 1: Dip brush into the eyeliner pot gently until brush tip is saturated with eyeliner gel. Wipe off any excess gel on the top edge of the pot or on a tissue. STEP 2: Start from the inner corner of the top lash line and line towards the outer corner of the eye. This gel can also be applied on lower lash line. To create a smoky eye look, use a clean brush to smudge along your upper and lower lash line. Clean brush after each use with tissue or with soap and water.
